Literary and editorial project that recovers the story of the mythical king of Galicia, Ponthus, reinterpreting the medieval roman Ponthus and the beautiful Sidonia.

The initiative includes the publication of a literary art plaque and the realization of literary-musical events under unique Galician trees. The texts are written by Alba Cid and Estevo Creus, who offer a contemporary re-reading of the myth, and the Portuguese artist Maria João Worm illustrates the work.

The plaque has an accordion format and was published in Galician in a run of 1000 copies.

The project seeks to highlight the importance of the Kingdom of Galicia in medieval European literature and its connection with the Arthurian world. In addition, it promotes the protection of natural heritage, claiming the relationship between literature and biodiversity.

The opening ceremony was held on Saturday November 5 at 12:00, presented by the editor of Central Folque, Ramon Pinheiro, with the participation of the authors Alba Cid and Estevo Creus, accompanied by the musician Pablo Castaño.
