Animated documentary aimed at narrating one of the most amazing and little -known episodes of the history of Christianity, which occurred in the heart of the Kingdom of Galicia.

The story revolves around the theft of the relics of saints like San Fructuoso, San Cucufate, San Silvestre and Santa Susana by then Bishop Diego Xelmírez during his trip to Braga in 1102.

His action, planned with meticulousness, culminated with a multitudinous reception in the Cathedral of Santiago and consolidated the city as one of the three most important Christian centers of the time, along with Rome and Jerusalem.

The documentary combines interviews with specialized historians coo animación multithechnical inspired by the aesthetics of medieval codices.

This technique, used pole director Fernando Cortizo in works such as the Apostle, allows to acclaim the historical account to audiences of all ages, always maintaining academic rigor.

In addition to animations, real images of the spaces where the facts happened were included, connecting past and present.

The project was born as a pilot episode of a series to disseminate the hidden and fascinating history of the Kingdom of Galicia in didactic key, with a special interest in reaching the youth and the educational field.
